Processing Orders
All products are made to order. It takes on average 5-10 working days to process an order before it is sent and this can become longer during busy periods or when I have issues getting to the workshop (illness, etc). This company is a "one man band" so please be aware that life issues can interrupt my schedule. If there are any delays, I will attempt to display them here.
We have one regular weekly collection on a Tuesday and I sometimes am able to get a collection on Thursdays. If your order gets sent out then you will receive a notification and a tracking number via email - check your spam!
Shipping Rates
We have a flat rate for domestic customers and a flat rate for international customers, as shown below. We also offer free shipping at differing threshholds depending on where in the world you are!

EU Rate
Base Rate: £6.99
Free Shipping on orders over £50
US Rate
Base Rate: £6.99

ROW Rate
Base Rate: £6.99

Please be aware that due to utterly unreliable shipping routes resulting in numerous failed deliveries, we have no choice to but stop exporting items to the central and South Americas, and many parts of Africa. If you are from these locations and wish to purchase products from us, please email us to arrange courier for your order.
Import Charges and Duty
International customers may be charged duty on their orders.
For EU customers we have an IOSS that will apply VAT charges to your order at the checkout, preventing you from experiencing any additional charges. This only applies to orders under 150€ and orders over that amount will be subject to import fees. If you do experience any additonal charges and you don't think you should have, please email enquiries@artofwarstudios.co.uk and I can look into it for you.
For international customers outside the EU your order will be subject to the usual import charges associated with your country.
Cancelling/Returning Orders:
If we haven't despatched your order, then you can cancel it with us, and will usually be refunded the same day. If we've despatched your order, we'll need it returned to us, and upon receipt, as long as the goods are in good condition, we will refund your order.
Please note, any tokens that have had any of the protective covers removed, and any terrain partially assembled will not be refunded.
All refund requests need to be made in writing to enquiries@artofwarstudios.co.uk - in order for us to quickly respond, please put your order number and REFUND in the email title so that we can instantly respond if needs be. All returns need to be sent to;

Faults with Orders;
If there is a problem or fault with your order, please email us with your order number, a description of the fault, and images, if possible. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution, be it a replacement, a repair, or a refund.
